Located in Williamson County is the Winterset Woods community, offering all of the above and much more. Recently, Scott T. Sohr explained why Winterset Woods is an ideal residential development for families relocating to Middle Tennessee.
Q: Can you describe the location of Winterset Woods?
Scott T. Sohr: Winterset Woods is located on Sunset Road in Nolensville, which is in Williamson County. Williamson County also includes communities such as Brentwood and Franklin, known for great schools and luxury homes.
Q: I understand that Winterset Woods is family oriented in terms of safety, proximity to schools and amenities. But can a young family afford these homes?
Scott T. Sohr: Yes. Most homes at Winterset Woods will be in the $300s. The size of each home is between 2400- 3500 square feet, which gives plenty of room for parents and children.
Q: Can a homebuyer pick his or her own layout of the house or are the homes identical in terms of floor plans?
Scott T. Sohr: The homes are being built by Celebration Homes and Drees Homes. Both builders will offer several floor plans for each homebuyer to choose from.
Q: Let’s talk about the amenities. What can homeowners expect at Winterset Woods?
Scott T. Sohr: Because Winterset Woods is family friendly, we want to offer lots of amenities for parents and children that will also bring the community together. We have a playground, an adult and a children’s pool, a clubhouse, and lots of green grass for picnics or play time.
